Living in the Cold

This is the worst customer experience I have had with any company.  Hopefully you're reading this to help.  I'm waiting on your approval--it's currently pending AHS approval---still. We have been without heat in our house since Jan 12.  As of this writing, that is two months and two weeks.  It has been winter time.  My children are sick and have to sleep with extra blankets.  This does not seem to be an emergency for anyone else however. I called Jan 12 to report my heater was broken and they sent someone out to fix it.  He said  the whole unit needed to be replaced inside and out, but that he didn't do replacements.  AHS would need to send someone else. They couldn't find anyone to come do the replacement so they authorized me to hire someone.  I called a reputable company off of Google and sent in the quote. AHS said the quote was too high.  I had other quotes, and that's just California.  AHS said it needed a second opinion....
